Blessing Itugbu

Blessing Itugbu, born into the esteemed family of Isaac and Agnes Itugbu in Ozoro, Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, she is the seventh of nine children. As a dedicated, devoted and a practicing Catholic, Blessing embodies and reflects her faith in every aspect of her life and work.
She holds a degree in Management and is a Professional Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management (FCRISM) and Chartered Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management (FCIHRSM),
